Using PDFDog

PDFDog provides browser-based PDF and image utilities. You are responsible for having the right to use the files you process and for reviewing each result before relying on it. You must not use PDFDog for unlawful, abusive, or infringing activity, or to attack the service or its users.

Processing and availability

Many tools process files in your browser. PDF to Word is a cloud-processing exception: the selected PDF is sent to PDFDog's server endpoint and Adobe PDF Services for conversion. Results should be checked for accuracy. PDFDog does not promise uninterrupted availability or perfect fidelity for every file.

Accounts

Free tools are intended to remain usable without an account. An account is needed for PDFDog Plus and is created through Google authentication. You are responsible for access to your account and for keeping account information accurate.

PDFDog Plus billing

PDFDog Plus is presented as a recurring monthly subscription at €4 per month. Purchases may be unavailable while the launch configuration is disabled. When activated, the checkout price is retrieved from the configured Stripe recurring Price ID; Stripe handles payment details and recurring billing.

A successful checkout does not by itself grant Plus access. Access is granted or removed from the subscription state received through the verified Stripe webhook. Failed or ended subscriptions can therefore lose Plus access.

Cancellation

A signed-in subscriber can request cancellation from the account area. The current implementation asks Stripe to cancel at the end of the current billing period; Plus access remains available until that period ends and the subscription is not renewed afterward. Resuming before the period ends removes the scheduled cancellation when Stripe accepts the request.

Refunds and payment disputes

PDFDog has not yet published a final refund policy. Refund eligibility, statutory withdrawal rights, and payment-dispute handling must be completed by the owner or legal adviser before paid subscriptions are launched publicly. Do not rely on this draft as a promise of a refund or as a waiver of rights.

Changes and contact

The owner may update these terms when the service, pricing, or legal requirements change. The publisher and contact details must be completed on the legal noticebefore public launch.
